The Start

Edifice began its journey as Edifice Constructions, long before businesses embraced digital transformation. Founded as a construction firm by two passionate design minds, Raj and Namratha with a shared vision, the company was built on the belief that buildings and spaces needed aesthetic appeal, functionality, sustainability, and innovation.

This paved way to start as a  small architectural practice within the firm as “Edifice Designs” which soon grew into a trusted name in architecture, construction, interior design, and project execution across Karnataka.

As our team expanded, so did our expertise. We successfully delivered residential, commercial, and interior projects while maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship and modern design principles. Like every growing business, we encountered challenges that tested our resilience and determination. These experiences became the foundation of our growth and helped shape our customer-first approach.

Our clients are the wings of our designs. No amount of buildings and meticulous architectural designs is worth going on the records if the owners / clients are not happy with the outcome of their projects. The solution was to eradicate middle-men. So, we decided to make Edifice a one stop solution for construction, by handling projects from foundation to finish. A design and build approach for houses and commercial spaces.
